Some matters are better or required to be handled by a separate professional. With client authorization, information requests and timelines can be coordinated while each provider's scope, responsibility and engagement remain distinct.
AVC engagement
Work we are eligible and appropriate to provide is scoped and delivered under the relevant AVC engagement.
Separate specialist engagement
Where separation is required, the client engages the relevant specialist directly and that provider owns its own scope, methodology, fees and deliverables.
Practical coordination
Where appropriate and authorized, requests and timelines can be coordinated so the client is not left managing disconnected workstreams without context.
Availability depends on the requirement, provider availability, independence, conflict, competence, licensing and other professional considerations. External providers are not represented as AVC affiliates merely because an introduction or coordination occurs.
